Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Kindply (“Kindply,” “we,” “us”) provides software that helps local businesses draft and manage replies to Google reviews. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Contact: [email protected]. Business address: Kindply, 142 Joralemon Street, 6th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

We do not sell personal data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated AI model training sold to third parties.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use

Kindply’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

4. AI processing

Review text and related fields you submit (including Google review content you authorize us to fetch) may be sent to our AI inference provider—currently Cloudflare Workers AI, with an optional fallback provider if configured—solely to generate reply drafts for you. Providers process this content only to return a draft; we do not authorize use of Google user data to train general AI/ML models. Do not paste sensitive health information beyond what already appears in a public review.

5. Sharing

We share data with subprocessors that help us run Kindply (hosting, database, email, payments, AI inference), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Stripe processes payments; we do not store full card numbers. Google receives reply content you approve or configure for auto-post.

6. Retention & deletion

We retain account and waitlist data while your relationship with Kindply is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and security purposes. Google-connected tokens and cached review data are retained only as needed to operate the connected features.

Deletion on request: email [email protected] from your account email with subject “Delete my data.” We will delete or anonymize personal data and revoke Google OAuth tokens within a reasonable period (typically 30 days), except data we must keep by law. You may also revoke Kindply’s access in your Google Account permissions at any time.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and server-side storage of API keys and OAuth tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

Kindply is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice when appropriate.
